Meet Rahman Raheem Allah Hall — “Prophet”

About the Author
Born in Newark, New Jersey. Rahman was raised in a close-knit neighborhood that took the old adage of “It take a village to raise a child" seriously. Being parented by his Aunt Nellie in a musical household, he fell in love with everything musical. When Hip Hop exploded on the scene, he recognized his destiny. He formed a rap group called the Mercinariez and they performed locally across New Jersey. Never making it as a rap artist, he now works as a corporate professional and starts his journey to become a best-selling author with his first book.

HELPING THE COMMUNITY
Healing through music is a tradition dating back to our nation's most difficult times. Rap and Hip Hop have now become a 'griot' stylization that can chronicle not just the tumult of the streets, but that which lies inside our hearts and inner lives.
We offer music for those experiencing these issues, and uses it to galvanize communities and individuals into controlling the abuse, long swept under the rug. As well as helping the victims address it in ways that help them cope and survive as they heal and learn to forgive.
Finding methods to cope with the angst of sexual abuse is just one more pain to pile on top of poverty and other issues.
